What this build uses

One cookie and two items of browser storage, all of them strictly necessary to run the site. There is no analytics, no advertising and no cross-site tracking in this build.

The three items

zylo_locale

Cookie, first partyRemembers the time zone and currency you picked, so prices and appointment times are shown the way you chose. It is only written when you change the setting.One year, then it expires. Path /, SameSite=Lax.

zylo.refresh

sessionStorage, this tab onlyKeeps you signed in after a page reload. It holds a refresh token for your session, not your password.Until you sign out or close the tab or browser session. It is never written to localStorage.

zylo.bookings

localStorage, this device onlyStores a short list (up to 50) of the booking references made in this browser, so they can be listed here. It holds references, not card details.Until you clear this site's data in the browser.

What we do not use

No analytics or measurement cookies, no advertising or social media cookies, no cross-site trackers and no profiling. If any non-essential storage is added later, we will ask for consent first and update this page.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe. When online payment is available, the card fields in that step are provided by Stripe, which may set its own cookies and similar storage there under its own policy. Zylo does not see or store your card number.

How to clear them

Open your browser's settings, find cookies and site data, look for this site and delete its data. A private or incognito window drops all of it when you close the window.

• Clearing the locale cookie returns you to the detected time zone and currency.
• Clearing the session token signs you out on that tab.
• Clearing the booking list hides the bookings made on this device; the appointments themselves still exist with the businesses.

When this notice changes, the new version is published on this page with a new last updated date.
